From pilates to yoga and boot camps, we have a spacious exercise studio where we hold all of our exercise classes.
Barre classes are high energy, dynamic group classes designed to challenge and change your body. Total Barre specifically challenges arms, legs and core to strengthen and lengthen the body. Powered by energising music that makes you need to move, Total Barre classes choreograph movement patterns using the barre and small props. Absolutely no dance experience required. Hot Power Vinyasa (or Hot Yoga) is a progressive style and combines traditional vinyasa with more athletic elements, working with core muscle groups to build strength, flexibility and prevent individuals from injury. The classes are in a heated studio which is great for relaxation and developing flexibility. The heat also allows the body to expel toxins, fat and impurities in the form of sweat.
